  • Lauren Holiday is a gold medal-winning soccer player, two-time Olympian, and FIFA Women’s World Cup Champion who has seamlessly transitioned her elite athletic career into the world of mental performance coaching. Drawing from her personal experiences at the highest levels of competition, Lauren empowers individuals and teams to build resilience, develop mental toughness, and unlock their full potential.

    Specializing in leadership development, mindset shifts, and peak performance strategies, Lauren works with athletes, executives, and teams to overcome mental roadblocks and achieve transformative results. Her ability to create a safe, collaborative environment allows her clients to explore their full capabilities, build confidence, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

  • Gabriel Gooley is a seasoned leadership and performance coach who specializes in helping individuals and teams break through barriers, cultivate resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting success. With a diverse background in business, team development, and personal growth strategies, Gabriel is known for his ability to connect deeply with clients and unlock their untapped potential.

    Gabriel’s expertise spans across industries, working with executives, athletes, and teams to develop the mental frameworks, habits, and strategies necessary for sustained growth. Whether he’s facilitating leadership training, guiding a team through challenging dynamics, or working one-on-one to develop confidence and clarity, Gabriel is committed to fostering transformation from the inside out.

  • Johan Martinez-Khalilian is an internationally recognized mental performance coach for sports teams, coaches and athletes across elite sports franchises including the NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA Division 1. Additionally, he coaches C-suite leaders and executives across tech and entertainment. 

    Johan centers his coaching on strengthening human performance by helping high-performers master their inner game to achieve the next level of success. 

    Also a motivational speaker, Johan has dedicated his life to helping his clients achieve the impossible by establishing a clear vision and mindset.  His unique approach has been praised by clients as “holistic and life-changing.” Johan’s core principles focus on the client as a whole and are rooted in his signature “Way of Being Approach," which emphasizes exploration of the Mind, Heart, Body and Spirit.
